Demo build updated

Control Yourself Demo has had a small update.

1. Added an "inverted" climb control option for those people who find joybots climbing direction counter intuitive. You can choose which climb direction is used.
2. Fixed bug where intro audio could cut out at start of game if skipping cutscene.
3. Updated cameras and space station geometry for intro cutscene.
