Control Yourself Demo Available Now

Hi all, the first demo of Control Yourself is now available as a free download on itchIO. I've been working really hard (or maybe just taking ages) to get the demo to a state where hopefully it will provide an enjoyable challenge. 

The demo is around half an hour long depending and introduces some of the games creepy protagonists. 

If you can please give it a try and let me know what you like and don't about it I would love to hear your feedback.
